MEET DR. MARK REED

Podiatrist Dr. Mark Reed is thoroughly trained in all aspects of podiatry and wound care with more than 30 years of experience in treating more than 25,000 patients involving pediatric to geriatric foot and ankle conditions, sports medicine and biomechanics, wound care, and foot and ankle surgery.  Dr. Reed provides cutting edge, state-of-the-art care with an educational patient focus which is fortified by attending ongoing continuing medical education seminars.  Dr. Reed is always innovating to improve patient outcomes while minimizing pain and facilitating quicker recovery from procedures and surgery.


Dr. Mark Reed is board certified by the Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery since 2005 and is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association since 2001.  The Podiatrist has been at the same medical office located in the Placentia Linda Hospital Medical Building for since 1990.  Dr. Reed finished his medical school training at the USC / L.A. County Medical Center.  The Foot Doctor completed his residency at a joint program at UCSF and the San Francisco VA Medical Center -- considered the top podiatry residency in the United States.  In addition, Dr. Reed completed a surgical fellowship at the Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel.


Dr. Reed is active with community related activities and has been providing seminars and educational services to numerous organizations and companies through the years. The Podiatrist lives in Yorba Linda and has two sons named Marcus and Mitchell.  Dr. Reed enjoys snow skiing, scuba diving, fly-fishing, running and surfing and other outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and whitewater rafting.  Dr. Mark Reed additionally plays the guitar and there are many examples of his accomplished photography at the podiatry office.
